Vancouver Island Skiing

Vancouver Island has the mildest winter climate in Canada. Here you can golf, sail, hike year-round, while others are strapping on their skis and snowboards. The mountain ranges on Vancouver Island creates some of the best skiing conditions in the world. Each year from early December to mid April, Vancouver Island ski slopes full fill the dreams of skiers and snowboarders.

Located 32 km (20 miles) northwest of Courtenay, 90 minutes from Nanaimo and 3 hours from Victoria. 36 km (22 miles) of cross country ski trails, snowboard facilities, a day lodge, variety of accommodations, rental shops, a ski-school, restaurants. Summer activities, mountain bike rentals, mountain hiking trail system, chair lift rides.
