Affordable oceanside luxury and warm hospitality! Abundant windows make viewing the ample bird life a special joy. True to its name, Estuary Estate sits directly above an inner tidal, stream fed estuary, with direct access to the beach and a local trailhead.

Our traditional style home, features three attractive bedrooms with abundant windows, private baths, and a view of Ladysmith Harbor. Choose a feather bed, cozy up, and plan tomorrow, 'one night is never enough'. Enjoy the sitting area off the bedrooms or come downstairs for afternoon tea or a glass of wine by the fireplace.

Stay and relax in the "Koi Cottage" nestled in the trees overlooking a tranquil pond where Koi occasionally ripple the water and a flowering shrub garden are in full view. The cottage offers a full kitchen, dining-living room combination, bedroom and bath.

Find the path to the beach for late night walks together.

Complete your experience with a delicious home made breakfast. Start with sticky cinnamon buns, buttermilk muffins, eggs Benny, and fresh fruit (menu changes daily) served to our guests in the formal dining room overlooking the estuary.

Centrally located to hiking, cycling, kayaking, golfing, bungy jumping, beach combing, restaurants, and theatre. Don't overlook a stroll through Ladysmith, with its historical heritage buildings, a unique example of a relaxed lifestyle.

A short car ride and you can park and browse the World's largest gallery of murals revealing the history and mystique of the Chemainus Village. 

How to Find Us
We are located about one hour & twenty minutes North of Victoria on Highway No. 1. From the Nanaimo Ferry, we are about thirty minutes South. Turn off Hwy No.1 onto Chemainus Road, go over the immediate Railway tracks and make a hard left and follow the blue & white B & B sign.
